Hi Stampers!
I have received many emails with requests for pictures of
my Stampin' Studio. Well....because my shop is a bit messy
right now, and I don't have the time to go thru and clean it
all pretty for ya.... I snapped a few photo's of things that I
get questions about. Are my solutions perfect? heck NO!
I am always looking for better ways to store all my stampin'
goodies!
The first picture for you is how I store my Prismacolor
Pencils. I have two of these cute tin containers, one in the lime
green as shown and I also have a pretty bright purple one.
I have all 133 colors in the Prismacolor Premier pencil line
and I store them by color. You know...the reds, yellows, blues,
greens, pinks, browns etc. I keep these right on my desk so
they are always at hand. If I need a bit more room, I have a
cubby close by that they slide right into. I store my pencils
with the lead up, I think it is best that way.
The second picture....my punches. Love em' gotta have them
and this is not all of them! I purchased cafe rods at the dollar
store, however my rods are kinda bowing in the middle due
to the weight and need another bracket. :) I am going to
re-do my rods and add a few more so I can get the rest
of them out of my desk drawer.
The 3rd and final picture for you today.....my little ribbon
collection. Ok, NOT little I estimate that I have about
several thousand yards of ribbon. What you don't see
is my "crash cart" that holds hundreds of yards and
my storage room that holds about 10,000 yards!
Most of the ribbon I buy is directly from Offray. I have
had alot of custom ribbons done for me, the problem
with that is you have to purchase 2,000 yards at a time!
With my massive ribbon collection, you don't see me
use many SU ribbons on my projects. SU has wonderful
ribbon, I just don't need to buy anymore of it! :)
My home studio is approximately 1,200 sq. feet. It sits
directly to the right of my home and when I go to work
I go out my bedroom door, down our deck and into
my shop! So, no "snow days" for me...I am too close
to my work! ha..ha..
So, that is it for today, email me if you have any
questions!

Thanks for showing your organizational ideas. I am preparing to redo my craft room and I am on the lookout for useful ideas. My room is only about 182 sq feet but it is all mine. My DH even bought new flooring for it, so I'm excited.
Wow! Holy ribbon! Makes my stash look beyond minuscule. Just popped over from SCS to look at the rod storage (nice!) and got blown away by the ribbon. The pic made me stay long enough to read the text that goes with it. Your craft room must be sweet if it's 1200 sq feet; sure beats a 2.5 x 8 ft butcher block baker's table with 2 bookcases on top for storage. Wish I could see the whole thing.
