Lollipop Mum Easel Card

The second flower in my Fall series, the beautiful Lollipop Mum!
I love fall and I love all the colors that go along with the season.
Mum's are the perfect fall flower because they can be purchased
in tons of pretty colors!

My Lollipop mum was made using ruby red card stock.  I inked
the petals heavily with ruby red ink and that gave a rusty look to
my flower.  I curled the leaves up using the side of my bone
folder, this makes for a better 3D effect.

The card base is again another
Easel card that I spoke about in
THIS post. I used So Saffron
card stock and then matted the
flower with very vanilla of which
the edges have been inked in
Soft Suede ink.

The dsp gingham paper is from
the  Pawsitively Prints collection,
I  think that  added a great folksy
touch to this card. For the leaves I used Always Artichoke cs and
inked the edges with close to cocoa ink.  The tag was punched
using my large and small tag punches in Always Artichoke
and Very Vanilla cs.

The little acorn on the tag was stamped onto So Saffron
cs with Soft Suede ink using the stamp set Falling Leaves
#115368.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!
