Greetings Stampers!
Can you believe it is Thursday already? Wow!, it feels like this week is
flying by for me! So many new stamping toy's to play with... so little time!
he..he..
In today's video, I am going to show you how to make an easy TP
(toilet paper) background for your cards. This is a great technique
if you don't quite have the color of background paper that you need
for a project, simply make your own!
To follow allow with this video, you will need:
- Whisper White card stock 5-1/2" x 3"
- 2 Stampin' Up! classic ink colors of choice
- About 12 inches of bathroom toilet paper
My card in the video today is standard A2 size made of
Pretty in Pink. I used certainly celery for matting and used
the new stamp set Vintage Vogue #118598.
The flower on my card was handmade using nested punched
circles. After I punched the circles out of scraps of designer
paper, I placed the circles in water and then carefully crumpled
them up, then un-crumpled and let them dry. Once dry I
adhered them together with dimensionals finally adding a
lace flower and button. I love this frayed vintage feel!
my Food Journal Tins! The contest will go until Friday
midnight EST!.FYI: I still have some openings for the Brayer 1 class next Friday
January 29th from 1-3pm. This will be a really fun class and
one you definatly will want to attend to learn some fun ways
using your brayer!
Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic day!
